- Westside Tire Inc DOES NOT ship outside the domestic United States.
- We strive to offer our customers the best products at the best possible prices.
- Your satisfaction is our number one concern. If you have any question regarding our products, please Contact Us or call (763) 420-2100 before placing an order.
- Our representative must authorize any return and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from us. No returns will be authorized after five (5) business days of receipt of product(s) by the customer.
- All products MUST be returned in the original packaging. We will replace or refund your account for returned product(s).
- Non damaged returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 10% restocking charge and must be returned within a five (5) day period from date of receipt of product(s).
- NO refunds will be given for products returned without explicit permission from us.
- Shipping and Handling Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- A cash register receipt and prior authorization from store staff is required for all refunds or exchanges.
- Merchandise must be returned within the time limit stated on the cash register receipt.
- All returns/exchanges must be taken directly to the sales counter at the front of the store. Please do not bring returns or exchanges onto the sales area of the store at any time.
- The management of the Westside Tire Inc reserves the right to make the decision on the condition or salability of the merchandise.
